Roger Williams Park Zoo

It’s a good thing dinosaurs are extinct. Here are some billboards that illustrated the struggle if they weren’t. Roger Williams Park Zoo dinosaur exhibit was the perfect proof.

The "Jurassic Journey" exhibit had 19 full-size, robotic dinosaurs installed in a 3-acre, outdoor habitat. Visitors take a dinosaur tour that includes the likes of such giants as the 7-ton Tyrannosaurus Rex, a crested 900-pound Dilophosaurus and a Triceratops family. The zoo shatter attendance records and proceeds from that year's dinomania helped the zoo build a new baboon display.

Side note...The man in the business suit was a Providence police officer. What a great sport. Always there to protect and serve.
