As the lead art director working with MHK I helped enhance their brand by developing certain aspects of their website. Below is an example of that effort.

The CareProminence® CareManager app allows health plan care managers to engage with members directly in their home to assess and improve care. With both online and offline capabilities, the app can be used in areas with or without internet connectivity. Using the app, care managers can complete face-to-face encounters in the member’s home where they can more comfortably complete health assessments, review medications and talk through care plan goals with the member to help them achieve optimal health.

As a part of working closely with the digital team I created this app icon to, at a glance, represent MHK’s logo graphic as well as illustrate the in-home care experience.

With over 25 years in the industry, MHK MarketProminence is the leading platform for Medicare plans to manage member enrollment and simplify finances. Doing both well is essential for success, but the continually evolving CMS requirements are complex. Their clients rely on them to stay ahead of CMS changes, make the complex simple and help them stay CMS compliant.

This is a brochure I did explaining what the enrollment process entailed and what the client could expect in the future being a client. Always careful to stay true to the brand colors and fonts, this 6-page piece is engaging as well as extremely informative.

CleanSlate Outpatient Addiction Centers

CleanSlate saves lives with medication-assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol addictions.

I was tasked with doing a multi-media campaign for our client the CleanSlate treatment center. The project goal was to inspire addicts with a simple message that recovery is possible. Sometimes life gives you a “sign” that it’s time to make a change. This was our overall, underlying concept that ran throughout the campaign.

This creative was strategically placed throughout 10 states.

This first project I worked on was redesigning their brand guidelines or bible as I called it. From picking contemporary fonts to updating their family of logos. We gave them a overhaul that was greatly welcomed by the C-suite.

Over time, Qualifacts, has purchased other competitive companies in the field. In doing so, they wanted to unify the look of the brand under one umberalla. Here I simplified the execution and gave the logos a cohesive look.
